Melon and Kohlrabi Salad
The perfect melon and kohlrabi salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 0,5 Cucumber fresh
- 0,5 Galia melon
- 1 El Walnut oil
- 1 Splash Lemon fresh
- 1 El Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 1 Splash Agave syrup
- 2 Tl Vegetable broth
- Lemon balm fresh
- Set the small, delicate leaves of the kohlrabi aside. Peel and roughly grate the kohlrabi.
- Cut the cucumber into fine, small sticks.
- Core and peel the melon. To dice.
- Mix everything.
- Whisk vinegar with oil, broth and lemon juice a little agave syrup.
- Fold under the lettuce. Cut lemon balm and kohlrabi leaves into fine strips and fold in. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
