Melon and Kohlrabi Salad

The perfect melon and kohlrabi salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 0,5 Cucumber fresh
  • 0,5 Galia melon
  • 1 El Walnut oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon fresh
  • 1 El Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Splash Agave syrup
  • 2 Tl Vegetable broth
  • Lemon balm fresh
  1. Set the small, delicate leaves of the kohlrabi aside. Peel and roughly grate the kohlrabi.
  2. Cut the cucumber into fine, small sticks.
  3. Core and peel the melon. To dice.
  4. Mix everything.
  5. Whisk vinegar with oil, broth and lemon juice a little agave syrup.
  6. Fold under the lettuce. Cut lemon balm and kohlrabi leaves into fine strips and fold in. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
