Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 melon(s) (honeydew melon)
- 1 melon(s) (gualumelone)
- 1 melon(s) (mussel)
- 2 bottles of white wine (semi-dry)
- 2 bottles of sparkling wine (semi-dry)
- Coconut syrup, to taste

puts you in a holiday mood
You can use any sweet melon, but not watermelon. Core the melons and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Place the cubes in a punch bowl. Pour in the white wine. Add a generous splash of coconut syrup. Let the whole thing steep for about 6 hours. Just before serving, top up with the ice-cold sparkling wine.
