Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 melon(s) (honeydew melon)
  • 1 melon(s) (gualumelone)
  • 1 melon(s) (mussel)
  • 2 bottles of white wine (semi-dry)
  • 2 bottles of sparkling wine (semi-dry)
  • Coconut syrup, to taste

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

puts you in a holiday mood

You can use any sweet melon, but not watermelon. Core the melons and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Place the cubes in a punch bowl. Pour in the white wine. Add a generous splash of coconut syrup. Let the whole thing steep for about 6 hours. Just before serving, top up with the ice-cold sparkling wine.
