Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cl Metaxa
  • salt and pepper
  • some spice mix for gyros
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Make a sauce from the ingredients. Season to taste. If the sauce is too thin, thicken with cornstarch.
