Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese or feta cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • e.g. olive oil
  • possibly lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili powder
  • possibly rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread – quick, tasty, popular

Place the cream cheese in a small bowl and crumble in half or the whole package of feta cheese, depending on your taste. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press. Add a splash of oil and lemon, but this isn’t necessary. Season to taste with herbs and spices (rosemary) and stir. Serve with a fresh baguette. This is a quick dish for guests, for a snack, or for a cold buffet.
