Microwave zucchini chocolate mug cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa
  • some sweetener or sweetener as desired
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some cornflakes or chestnut flakes
  • some chocolate sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fast and juicy

Grate the zucchini very finely. Combine the zucchini with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. If it’s too runny, add a little more flour. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for about 8 minutes. The time may vary from microwave to microwave. Check the consistency halfway through. Remove the cake and let it cool. Then turn it out onto a plate and spread with the low-fat quark. Sprinkle the flakes or flakes over the top and garnish with the chocolate sauce.
