Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tube(s) condensed milk, sweetened or 1 can
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 26 baking wafers (5 cm diameter)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix the sweetened condensed milk and coconut flakes thoroughly and let stand for about 1 hour. Then, using a teaspoon, drop small heaps onto the baking sheets and place them on parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Bake for 10 minutes at 150°C. Of course, you can also prepare them in the oven. I recommend baking for 12 minutes at 160-170°C (top/bottom heat). If you like, you can decorate or cover the macarons with dark chocolate.
