Minced meat and spirelli with parsley

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 2 cups sour cream, or sour cream
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • vegetable broth
  • some spice mix for minced meat
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat thoroughly, season with salt and minced meat seasoning to taste. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil, stir in the mustard. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain the pasta, then place it in a bowl, add the sour cream, the fried minced meat, and chopped parsley, and mix everything together.
