Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 point tomato(s), pureed
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Paprika powder, hot
- chili powder
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with peppers and mushrooms
Sauté the onions and garlic, then remove from the pan. Season the minced meat with 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and paprika and brown. Gradually add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms. Once everything is fried, add the onions and garlic back in, then stir in the passata and cream. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, hot paprika, chili powder, and oregano, and simmer briefly. Pasta is best served with this dish.
