Mini loaf cakes with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g margarine
  • 40 g sugar or cane sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

small surprise cake in 15 cm form

Mix the margarine and sugar thoroughly. Add the egg and mix. Add the flour and baking powder and mix briefly. Carefully fold in the frozen raspberries and grated chocolate with a spoon. Pour into a small silicone loaf pan (approx. 15 cm long) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. This also works with a mini Bundt pan or a small bear mold.
