Mini Maultaschen pan with minced meat, bacon, mushrooms and spring onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g Maultasche(s) (mini Maultaschen)
  • n. B. Vegetable broth, for cooking the Maultaschen
  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 80 g bacon
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g cream cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry until crumbly. Meanwhile, let the mini Maultaschen simmer in boiling vegetable stock in a separate pot for eight minutes. Slice the spring onions and mushrooms. Then add them to the minced meat in the pan along with the bacon and continue frying. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, bring to a boil, add the cream cheese spread, and let it melt. Drain the mini Maultaschen, add them to the pan, and simmer for a few minutes.
