Mixed Salad with Green Asparagus

The perfect mixed salad with green asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salad dressing:

  • 2 Handful Arugula
  • 3 Snack peppers
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 16 Poles Asparagus green fresh
  • 1 Handful Pickled feta cubes
  • 1 Handful Black and green olives in garlic oil
  • 150 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream 20% fat
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Vinegar depending on the acidic taste! 🙂

  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Garlic pepper from my KB
  • Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 Shot Worcester sauce
  • 1 Shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 toe Garlic fresh
  • 0,5 small Fresh onion
  • 0,5 small Chives in rolls
  • 1 Splash Agave syrup or honey
  1. Pluck the iceberg lettuce, shorten the rocket a little and wash! Sling! Clean and wash the peppers and cut into rings. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into slices. Lift everything under each other!
  2. Wash the asparagus and remove the lower third! Then cook in salted water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Make a salad dressing from the above ingredients. FINALLY ADD THE OIL! THEN THE SPICES RISE BETTER!
  4. Peel, dice and press the onion and garlic. Add to the salad dressing with chives!
  5. Arrange the mixed salad and asparagus on plates, spread the feta and olives over them and add the salad sauce and serve!
