Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 liters of milk (3.5%)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 cup(s) coffee (mocha, strong)
  • 0.7 liters of vodka
  • Sugar, to taste
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chilean national drink

Combine milk, sugar, and spices (except nutmeg) and bring to a boil briefly. Allow the mixture to cool. Add the mocha, stir, and let stand for a while (5 minutes). Add the vodka and a little grated nutmeg. Finally, strain the mixture and bottle. Store in a cool, dry place.
