Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, mint, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Garlic paste

Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with the feta cheese into a paste. Add the herbs. Finally, add the vinegar and oil. If you like it pretty, you can form it into balls. Serve with fresh baguette or ciabatta.
