Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 250 g quark
  • 10 tbsp milk
  • 10 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • e.g. raisins
  • e.g. cornflakes
  • n. B. Cereal flakes
  • e.g. sunflower seeds, sesame, linseed, etc.
  • n. B. Nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the flour with the baking powder, quark, milk, oil, and sugar and knead into a dough. Now stir in the hot, rinsed raisins, along with any seeds, cornflakes, cereal flakes, nuts, etc., and knead well. Then, with moistened hands, form rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-45 minutes on the middle rack.
