Muffins with Chocolate Droplets

- 125 g Margarine
- 125 g Brown cane raw sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g Flour type 1050
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Schwartau Orange-Back
- 125 ml Milk
- 60 g Chocolate chips
- Icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation of muffins with chocolate droplets
- 1. Put the soft margarine, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, orange baking and milk in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. 2. Add the chocolate chips and stir again briefly. 3. Line the muffin tin with muffin baking molds and fill with approx. 1 tablespoon of batter. 4. Bake the muffins in the lower third of the oven with convection at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. 5. Let cool down a bit and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
