- 150 g almond(s), sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup buttermilk, (lemon)

Mix 2 cups of buttermilk, the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar into a batter. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter (not too hot) and mix the almonds, sugar, and 1 cup of buttermilk together until smooth. Spread everything on the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
