Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 3 cloves, whole
  • 150 ml rum
  • 250 ml tea, black
  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with black tea and rum… delicious!

Juice the orange and lemon. Boil the zest along with the cinnamon stick, cloves, and sugar in 250 ml of water for 5 minutes. Then strain. Mix the sugar water, the squeezed juice, black tea, rum, and red wine and heat until warm, but do not boil! Simply delicious. Also delicious with whipped cream on top.
