Mushroom and garlic toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 slices of toast
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the cooked ham, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic. Fry everything in a pan with a little oil for 3-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, serve on toasted bread, and enjoy immediately!
