Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms (fresh)
- 40 g butter
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 8 slices of white bread
- salt and pepper
- Cheese (raclette cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and sauté them in butter. Add the parsley and a light seasoning of salt. Stir in the finely chopped ham. Reduce or drain the liquid. Keep the mixture warm. For each serving, add about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture to a small pan and melt the cheese over it. Grind some pepper over the mixture and serve with white bread.
