how my mother made them

Peel and dice the onion. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the diced onion until translucent. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Season with instant broth, pepper, and paprika. Thicken slightly with a sauce thickener or roux. Stir in chopped parsley. Tastes great with chicken or turkey schnitzel.
