Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 200 ml cream
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- some vegetable broth, granulated
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 class bunch of parsley, chopped
- some sauce thickener, light or homemade roux
- oil

how my mother made them
Peel and dice the onion. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the diced onion until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Season with instant broth, pepper, and paprika. Thicken slightly with a sauce thickener or roux. Stir in chopped parsley. Tastes great with chicken or turkey schnitzel.
