Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- herbs, Italian
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms (or other mushrooms of your choice). Finely chop the onions and garlic. Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until crispy, then add the onions and garlic and fry. Season with salt and pepper and herbs to taste. Let cool slightly. Mix with cream cheese and crème fraîche and chop with a hand blender. Tastes great as a dip or on crostini.
