Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms, fresh or from a jar
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 4 tbsp butter
- 10 eggs
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Clean or drain the mushrooms. Slice, dice the bacon, fry in 1 tablespoon of butter, and saute the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk the eggs and 4 tablespoons of water, season. Cook the omelets. Fill with the mushroom mixture, fold over, and finish cooking.
