Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • some butter
  • 200 g mushrooms, steamed
  • 8 tbsp cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven or micro-grill to 100°C for about 2-3 minutes. Butter 4 slices of toast. Drain 200g of steamed mushrooms, chop, and mix with 8 tablespoons of grated cheese and 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mushroom mixture onto the toast. Then bake in the oven or on the micro-grill for about 4-5 minutes.
