Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g tortilla(s) (chips)
  • 200 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • Maggi
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 50 ml sauce (Texicana salsa)
  • 120 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry, cut into thin strips, and season with Maggi. Heat sunflower oil in a pan, fry the meat until brown, and let cool. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and white inner membranes, and cut into small cubes. Add the corn kernels and mix with the Texicana salsa. Heat. Spread the cold meat and vegetable sauce over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
