Marzipan potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cherry brandy
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the marzipan with the sugar and kirsch. Pour the cocoa powder into a sealable bowl. Form the dough into small balls and place them in the bowl in portions. Close the lid and shake. Let them sit for a few days, then they’ll taste best.
