Nectarine wedges in salami skirts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 10 drops of balsamic cream
  • 2 basil leaves
  • some pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the nectarine flesh into wedges around the pit. Cut the salami slices into 1 cm wide strips. Wrap one or two nectarine wedges in each salami strip. Arrange the wrapped nectarine wedges decoratively on a plate, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, season with freshly ground pepper, and garnish with a few basil leaves.
