Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g dried meat, diced
- 500 g beef (goulash)
- 500 g pork (goulash)
- 500 g minced meat, seasoned, made into small dumplings
- 500 g meat sausage or smoked pork, diced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 5 large onions, sliced
- 2 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
- 1 cup of cream
- possibly water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Layer everything in a roasting pan (except the cream) and pour the shish kebab sauce over it. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 2 hours. Stir twice during the cooking time. Finally, add a little water if desired and season with cream to taste.
