Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tl Oil
- 400 g Kale from the jar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Tl Mustard
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 480 g Cooked pasta
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 250 ml Milk 1.5%
- 2 Eggs
- 75 g Sour cream
- 6 El Ger. cheese
Instructions
- Drain the kale. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Dice the onions and fry them in oil, add the kale and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Steam for 3 minutes and deglaze with the stock.
- Put the cooked noodles in a baking dish, alternate with the kale and the mushrooms.
- Mash the garlic and mix with the milk, eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. In a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 40 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
