Noodle Kale Casserole with Mushrooms

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • 400 g Kale from the jar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tl Mustard
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 480 g Cooked pasta
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 g Sour cream
  • 6 El Ger. cheese

Instructions
 

  • Drain the kale. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  • Dice the onions and fry them in oil, add the kale and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Steam for 3 minutes and deglaze with the stock.
  • Put the cooked noodles in a baking dish, alternate with the kale and the mushrooms.
  • Mash the garlic and mix with the milk, eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. In a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 40 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
