Noodle Kale Casserole with Mushrooms

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • 400 g Kale from the jar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tl Mustard
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 480 g Cooked pasta
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 g Sour cream
  • 6 El Ger. cheese
  1. Drain the kale. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Dice the onions and fry them in oil, add the kale and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Steam for 3 minutes and deglaze with the stock.
  3. Put the cooked noodles in a baking dish, alternate with the kale and the mushrooms.
  4. Mash the garlic and mix with the milk, eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. In a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 40 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
