Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce, vegan
- 6 tbsp chili oil or sriracha as desired
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- Coriander leaves, optional
- Handful of peanuts, roasted, salted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Slice the spring onions into rings. Roughly chop the cilantro leaves and peanuts. Place the peanut butter in a large bowl, add the sesame oil, soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, and chili oil or a little Sriracha sauce, and mix well. Cook the noodles until al dente, remove them, and toss them with the sauce in the large bowl. Serve on plates or in bowls and top with the spring onions, cilantro, and peanuts.
