Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 125 g almond(s), ground
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g chocolate (dark chocolate)

Mix the hazelnuts, almonds, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well. Then beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, ensuring there is enough space between each cookie. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning. Once cooled, place a teaspoon of melted chocolate on each cookie.
