Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ tbsp pistachios, salted
  • 1 ½ tbsp pistachios, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 125 g butter, very soft
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ingredients for approx. 160 g butter

Grind the pistachios and walnuts in a food processor. Mix with Parmesan cheese and butter, and season with salt and pepper.
