Nutella banana ice cream

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 70 g banana(s), peeled and weighed
  • 100 g Nutella (nut nougat cream)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 230 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for the ice cream machine

In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork and transfer it to a large measuring jug. Add the cream and hazelnut spread to the measuring jug. Top up with milk to make a total of half a liter (approximately 230 ml). Blend thoroughly with a whisk and transfer to the ice cream maker.
