Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 18 pieces of rusk
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 100 g nuts, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 1 pack of cake glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Crush the rusks and mix them with Nutella and the nuts. Spread them in the springform pan. Spread the sour cream, whip the cream with the cream stiffener, and spread it on top. Then arrange the well-drained cherries on top. Spread the glaze on top and refrigerate.
