Liqueur made from green walnuts

The green walnuts are harvested, coarsely ground, and placed in a bottle with the spices and grain, then sealed. Place the walnuts in a sunny spot for 3-4 weeks, shaking them regularly using the champagne method. Then, make a sugar solution with the water. Boil them together in a saucepan for about 3-5 minutes. Then skim off the tops and let them cool slowly. Mix everything together and filter. Then bottle and let them rest. The longer, the better.
