Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes
- 250 g low-fat quark or quark
- n. B. Fruits
- some water
- possibly sugar, agave syrup or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Combine the oat flakes with a little water in a bowl and let them swell for 5-10 minutes. Add the quark and sugar and mix well. Finally, top with the fruit.
