Oat flakes with quark and fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 250 g low-fat quark or quark
  • n. B. Fruits
  • some water
  • possibly sugar, agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Combine the oat flakes with a little water in a bowl and let them swell for 5-10 minutes. Add the quark and sugar and mix well. Finally, top with the fruit.
