Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 2 Camembert(s), soft, ripe (for large ones, one is sufficient)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Caraway seeds
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream room-temperature butter (40 g) until fluffy, remove the rind from the soft, ripe Camembert, mix with the butter, season with sweet paprika, finely chop the onions, mix into the mixture, and garnish with onion rings and caraway seeds. Serve with fresh baguette or farmhouse bread.
