Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), white
- 250 g Camembert(s), soft
- 50 g butter, soft
- 3 tbsp beer, light
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the onion and finely dice. Halve the Camembert, scoop out the insides or cut away the rind. Mash the cheese mixture with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Serve with farmhouse bread or pretzels and fresh radishes. A sprinkle of caraway seeds is also a good idea, depending on your taste!
