Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g layered cheese
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 100 g butter
- 1 some salt
- 1 some caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drain the cheese mixture thoroughly, add it to a bowl with the baking soda and butter, and heat gently over a pan of simmering water until the cheese mixture and butter have melted. Do not let it boil. Beat the mixture with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Add salt, stir, and let cool. Sprinkle with caraway seeds to serve.
