Olive Onion Salad

  • 50 g Green olives
  • 50 g Black olives
  • 100 g Onion
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 5 ml Sherry
  • 4 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 0,5 g Nano mint
  • 0,5 g Sugar
  1. Make a dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, sherry and spices
  2. Chop the olives, onions and garlic and add to the dressing
  3. Optional: diced feta, nuts or nut oils
