simple, creamy and delicious

Clean and wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Heat oil in a casserole dish and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the white parts of the spring onions and half of the green parts and fry briefly. Season with pepper, paprika, and sugar. Depending on the seasoning of the Thuringian Mett, salt may not be necessary, so add more salt carefully and only at the end if necessary. Add the tomato paste and sauté. Stir in the pasta and herb cream cheese. Deglaze with vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for about 13 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with pepper and salt if desired, and serve sprinkled with the remaining spring onion greens. 620 kcal per serving.
