Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 large onions
- 1 cup of cream
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- some oil
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Side dish for schnitzel, meatballs and much more.
Halve and slice the onions. Add the onions to a pan, sprinkle with paprika, and sauté in a little oil. When the onions are cooked to your liking, add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Add the parsley and serve. I had them today as a side dish with the meatballs, but they also go very well with schnitzel and much more…
