Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 320 ml water
  • 100 g fried onions
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Heat the water. Add the yeast and sugar and mix. Add the flour, fried onions, oil, and salt and knead into a dough. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Shape the dough into a baguette and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the onion baguette in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
