Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 liter of water
  • 200 g mashed potato powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • Olive oil, for the dough
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Knead all ingredients into a firm dough, cover, and let rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet, make holes in it with a wooden spoon, and brush generously with oil. (The holes should be filled with oil.) Sprinkle the oiled dough with salt and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200°C (convection oven) and 15 minutes at 175°C (convection oven).
