Onion – Meat with Marjoram

- 200 g Seitan
- 3 size Cut onions
- 20 g Mild coconut fat
- 1 tbsp Dried marjoram *
- 1 tbsp Fresh
- Sauté the peeled and cut onions in the coconut oil.
- Meanwhile, cut the seitan into narrow strips.
- Then add these to the onions and sear them well. Shortly before the end, add the fresh or dried marjoram and stir everything well again.
