Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup broth
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 1 kg jacket potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A delight both hot and cold

First, boil the potatoes for the jacket potatoes. In the meantime, finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Add the broth and onions. Dice the bacon and add it. Finally, mix in the egg yolk and season with salt and pepper. The salad can also be enjoyed warm!
