Orange-cinnamon sour cream dessert on a biscuit base

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • 6 butter biscuits or ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream with the sugar. Peel and finely chop the orange, and mix with the cinnamon sugar. Crush the cookies slightly and place them in glasses, then drizzle with the sour cream. Finally, top with the cinnamon oranges and serve.
