- 100 g Grind coconut flakes
- 350 g Soft wheat semolina

- 10 g Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp knocked out Baking soda
- 120 ml Milk 1.5%
- 80 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 Egg size L.
- 0,5 Organic orange, zest
- 115 g Organic orange, juice
- Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Preparation:
- Finely grind coconut flakes in a blender. Finely grate half of an organic orange that has been washed with hot and dried well and then squeeze the whole. Preheat the oven to 200 ° O / bottom heat. Line the tray with baking paper or foil and have two more papers or foils ready on a smooth surface.

- Mix coconut flake flour, semolina, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Add milk, oil, egg, orange zest and juice and mix everything well with a hand whisk. Using two teaspoons, place about 3.5 cm portions on the baking tray at a distance and sprinkle each well with sugar. Push the tray into the oven on the 2nd shelf from below. The baking time is 12-15 minutes per tray. During the first baking time, place the remaining dough on the other, prepared surfaces and keep it ready. The cookies should be golden brown and the sugar should caramelize slightly.
