Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 100g salami
  • 1 onion(s)
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, slice them, cook them, drain them, and let them cool. Meanwhile, cut the salami into small pieces. Peel and chop the onions. First, fry the onion in a little oil, then add a little more oil and fry the potatoes until crispy. Then add the salami and seasoning. Let it simmer for a while over low heat (gas) or use the residual heat with the lid closed.
