Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 ml tea (black tea)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 tbsp sugar (brown rock candy)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

alcohol-free

Pour freshly brewed black tea into a large pot. Add the finely peeled zest and squeezed juice of the orange and lemon, along with the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Then cover and let it steep on the turned-off stovetop for 10 minutes, then serve. If you can’t resist, add a dash of Grand Marnier to the punch.
