Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg quark
- 3 tbsp rose water
- 1 ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 can saffron powder
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 pomegranate
- 80 g almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- n. B. Honey

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the quark with the spices and rose water. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold in. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Remove the pomegranate seeds, lightly toast the chopped almonds in a dry pan, and mix with the pistachios. To serve, sprinkle the cream with the almond mixture and pomegranate seeds. If the cream isn’t sweet enough for you, you can drizzle with a little honey.
